I had a good stay at Troubadour Hotel New Orleans, enjoying the nice rooms and the rooftop bar with a fantastic view. The location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions, although I did face a few challenges. There were long waits for the elevator during events, and I was disappointed that housekeeping wasn't available when I needed it. Overall, it was a positive experience, but there's definitely room for improvement.

My room was very clean and well-appointed, but the mattress was super firm, which made it uncomfortable for me. I also missed having regular housekeeping during my stay, as I would have appreciated fresh towels and a tidy-up after a couple of nights.

I found the breakfast odd and inconsistent. Some mornings there weren't pastries available, and it felt hectic in the dining area. While the rooftop bar had a lovely vibe, I was disappointed with the limited food options offered there.

My recent stay at The Troubadour was a mix of nice moments and areas needing improvement. The staff truly shined, offering really good service and warmth throughout my visit. However, the condition of my room left much to be desired, with outdated furnishings and cleanliness issues. Overall, the prime location made it easy to explore the vibrant surroundings, although the dining experience could certainly use some refinement.

I had a mix of experiences during my stay at the Troubadour Hotel. The location was convenient for getting to attractions like Canal Street and the French Quarter, and my room was clean and stylish. However, I encountered some issues, like minimal communication from the staff and a lack of amenities that I expected, such as a functioning bathroom tap and sufficient towels. Overall, while the vibe was enjoyable, I wish I had received more information about the hotel's offerings.

Rooms

My room was chic and trendy, though I had a couple of small issues, like the bathroom sink tap not working properly. I appreciated the freshness of the towels daily.
Service
6.0
While the staff seemed friendly, I felt there was a lack of proactive communication about hotel amenities, which led to some confusion during my stay. I had to ask for fresh towels and coffee restock.
Location

The hotel was in a great spot, just a short walk to Canal Street and about 10 minutes to Bourbon Street, making it easy to explore the city.
Dining
7.0
I didn't dine in the hotel much, but I did visit the rooftop bar, which had a nice atmosphere, even though it was shutting down for renovations soon.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities were okay, but I was disappointed that there wasn't a pool and that I had to get ice from guest services instead of having an ice machine.
